Dr. Madhvi Mohindra
Founder & Director
Dr. Mohindra established The Elegant Creations as a Performing Arts academy and Events company. She is a highly qualified performing artist (accredited with Masters & PhD in Music and Dance) with more than 2 decades of experience being on stage, organising Events and working in Television. The Elegant Creations focusses on growing and showcasing talent and organising events that bring culture and entertainment in Australia.
Since 2009, The Elegant Creations has trained artists and provided them with opportunities to perform in television shows on channels like Colors (Viacom18) and Zee TV Asia Pacific. The Elegant Creations has organised a series of wedding, corporate, community and commercial events, including Colors Viacom 18 Talent Hunt, Colors Viacom 18 Singing Megastar, and Jhalak Dikh La Jaa Australia Spotlight.
Vikram Mohindra
Co-Founder and Marketing
A sales and Marketing professional, has been working in top multi national companies across the globe for last 30 years. Vikram is one of the strongest pillar of The Elegant Creations. He has played a key role in mapping out the growth strategy of The Elegant Creations through his vast experience that brought in immense value into the business.
Mrinalini Mohindra Gupta
Creative Director
Mrinalini made her mark in music and dance from a young age, and she has continued to succeed in this field since. She started taking Indian Classical music training from the age of 4 years from her Guru Pt Omkarnath and Kathak Dance training from her mother Dr. Madhvi Mohindra. Later on she learnt Kathak from the renowned Kathak Dancer and Guinness World Book of Records holder Smt. Vidha lal , Shri Abhimanyu Lal of Jaipur Gharana and Smt. Surabhi Shukla of Lucknow Gharana. Mrinalini has won numerous awards in Music and Dance at national and international level. As an anchor she has hosted several stage and International Television shows in Australia.
Mrinalini is a multi-talented artist, with her skills ranging from dancing, singing and as a multi-instrumentalist. Her contribution in The Elegant Creations as a choreographer, music teacher and creative director since 2009 is tremendous.
Ajay Bisht
Music Producer
Ajay Bisht is an urban-dance pop-r&b-Bollywood-electronic music producer based in Sydney, Australia. His past Bollywood works include film background scores, songs, radio jingles and TV commercials. Ajay won the Best Background Score award for a feature film MITTI (2010) at the PTC Punjabi Film Awards.
Some of his international collaborations include American artistes like multi-platinum award winning R&B singer Maxine Jones (former member EN VOGUE), Eliz Camacho, Abrique B, Daze The Nomad and Cody Xeru from Australia.

Rupali Mohindra
Event Producer
Rupali has been lucky enough to achieve some of the greatest successes as an accomplished artist at a very young age. Rupali was nine years old when she auditioned for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs in 2007 and was selected to represent Fiji Islands; the country in which she was living in at the time.
Having received no professional vocal training or Hindi lessons, she managed to compete against thousands of other International and Indian contestants. Her first performance in the competition was live on stage in front of fifty thousand spectators at Andheri Sports Complex Mumbai, India.
After passing numerous levels in the singing competition, Rupali represented not only Fiji Islands but also South-East Asia. The nine-year-old at that time was critically acclaimed by celebrity judges; Sonu Nigam and Suresh Wadekar. During her time in the competition in India, ABC Radio (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) exclusively interviewed Rupali for her outstanding achievement.
After returning to Fiji from the competition, Rupali received many national awards for her achievements. She was honoured as the 'Person of the Year' Award 2007. Rupali was also the brand ambassador for Fiji's National Telecom Company, Telecom Fiji Limited. In 2008, Rupali began receiving training in Indian Classical Vocal Music and Kathak Dance.
Rupali has learnt Kathak Dance from Dr. Madhvi Mohindra, Ms Vidha Lal, Sh.Abhimanyu Lal and Bollywood Dance from Mrinalini. She has done live dance performances with celebrities like Priyanka Chopra, Bobby Deol, Alka Yagnik to name a few. Rupali is also known for emceeing at large corporate and television events such as the Colors Viacom 18 Singing Megastar and Colors Viacom 18 Talent Hunt Australia.
