YOU MUST ENROL AND MAKE PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES.
THE ELEGANT CREATIONS HAS STRICT POLICY OF PRE-PAYMENT AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED BY THE DEADLINES.
CATCH UP CLASSES OR REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR CLASSES MISSED IN THE TERM.
REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINES OR ON THE DAY OF THE TERM.
Terms And Conditions :
FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
ALL THE BOOKINGS FOR TEACHERS OR CLASS SHOULD BE IN WRITTEN AFTER ACCEPTING ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
NO VERBAL OR PHONE BOOKINGS ARE VALID IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
SHOULD EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES CAUSE YOU TO WITHDRAW YOUR BOOKING, THE ELEGANT CREATIONS REQUIRES 7 DAYS NOTICE.
PRE-PURCHASED CLASSES/COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE CLASS/COURSE DATE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ANY SPECTATORS ALLOWED TO OBSERVE THE WORKSHOP/COURSES.
DANCE CLASSES CAN INVOLVE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY. WHILE THE ELEGANT CREATIONS TAKES ALL REASONABLE CARE IN THE CONDUCT OF ITS CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS, IT ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS CAUSED DURING CLASSES OR WHILST PARTICIPANTS ARE AT OR NEAR THE DANCE STUDIO.
THE STUDENT (OR GUARDIAN IF UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE STUDENT IS PHYSICALLY AND MEDICALLY FIT FOR THE CLASS.
DURING THE CLASS THE STUDENT MUST AT ALL TIMES TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY.
THE ELEGANT CREATIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A CLASS OR COURSE IF THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDANCE IS NOT MET.
THE ELEGANT CREATIONS STUDIO WILL REFUND ALL MONIES PAID.
STUDENTS AGED BELOW 16 MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT TO LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING CLASS HOURS.
STUDENTS MUST NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES UNLESS A PARENT OR GUARDIAN COLLECTS THEM.
NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR STUDENTS LEAVING THE PREMISES.
THE ELEGANT CREATIONS HAS THE RIGHTS TO PUBLISH THE VIDEO OR PICTURE OF THE STUDENT FOR THE PUBLICITY PURPOSE.
CLASS ATTIRE POLICIES :
All students must be appropriately dressed for class in correct studio uniform.
All students must be appropriately groomed for class, with their hair tied back securely.
No shoes are allowed in the class.
No food/Drinks are allowed in the class except non breakable water bottle (Own water bottle is must).
STUDENT CONDUCT :
Students are expected to be cooperative at all times. Warnings will be given for disruptive behavior, and parents will be notified. Our objective is that every student feels valued and enjoys their dance experience.
RIGHTS TO THE USE OF CHOREOGRAPHY :
All choreography remains the property of the teacher who created it under Arts Law Copyright Australia. You must be respectful and uphold the integrity of the artwork created for your child or their class. This means you must ask permission prior to any public or competitive performance (or social media post) that puts the choreography on display. Only the teacher who created the piece or the Director may alter or change the choreography. Costuming must be an amicable decision between the teacher and the parent but the final decision lies with the teacher. All choreography must remain with THE ELEGANT CREATIONS and should you leave and enroll at another dance school you must NOT perform the same choreography without the permission of the choreographer and the Director of THE ELEGANT CREATIONS.
ENROLMENT AGREEMENT :
